Wondering asked:
My boyfriend has recently put on a few extra pounds. Although it does not bother me, he is pretty self-conscious about it, and I want him to feel better about himself. What are some good date ideas that will encourage physical activity that we can do together? So far I have: walking in the park, going to the mall and walking around, ice skating, roller blading, walks on the beach, going to the gym together. Do you have any more ideas for us? Thank you for all of your help!

What are some of your interests?
Dancing (Ballroom or otherwise), Playing video games if you have a Wii (Boxing is great for working out aggression, tennis and bowling are just dang fun). Going bowling, Mini-Golfing, biking, hiking!
There’s lots of fun physical activities you can do together, and if you’re looking for a healthier lifestyle all over, why not try making an awesome and healthy meal together? Then go for a nice walk afterward.

You can’t beat a bike ride.
Walk (if your neighborhood is safe).
Tennis (a friendly flirty match).
Hiking in a state park, or trail.
Swimming.
Golf, or even just visiting the driving range.
Frisbee, frisbee golf.
Throwing a football
Playing basketball, H.O.R.S.E.
Looking up low-cal recipes and cooking together is a fun and romantic way to spend time together, then take a walk afterward.
good luck ~
