Third date? Well I’d say you’re well on your way to more then. Definitely cook dinner. Even if you don’t have the talent, find a basic pasta recipe like chicken alfredo. Put together a simple salad, grab a bottle of white zinfandel or white wine…and keep the conversation going. Maybe pick up a movie and some popcorn. That would win me over on a 3rd date that’s rainy ANY day. Hell, that wins me over everytime now, and I’ve been with my boyfriend for 13 years.
Try Mystery Sleuth’s Dinner Theatre. It’s like a mystery show and they serve food too. I’ve been there once and had several friends who have been there as well and everyone I know has liked it. The food’s not too bad either I must say.
Try Cafe Tu Tu Tango on I-Drive. They’ve got a really fun atmosphere, live entertainment (maybe only Fri/Sat), and the food is varied and delicious. Everything is appetizer-sized and priced, so you two could each order some different things and share!
