biblepreacherandrew asked:

I believe there are something else to do rather than going to cinema or having dinner when you go out with someone. I would like to collect some more creative ideas for dating.

its relative to where you live….if you live in nebraska, the beach is just too far away, or if you live in alaska, picking strawberries wouldnt work either.

rent a private plane and fly to hawaii for lunch.

    go sailing
    canoe trip down a river
    bungee jump off a bridge
    bike ride through the city/country
    your house
    her house

When I used to date we went to a golf driving range, or horse back riding. To a music concert. Plan on a picnic, buy all the stuff at the dollar store, plastic table cloth as a ground cover, with coordinating napkins, paper plates etc. You can get them in any color turquoise, orange, yellow. Ask her what her favorite color is over the phone. Women love surprises! That may be corny but, hey, you want to impress her, not anybody else.

Picnics are great - you can take it in turns to bring lovely things to eat. Even if it’s raining, it can be romantic…share an umbrella…find a sheltered place to be together (even if it’s a bus shelter!!)

Write poems or songs for each other and then perform them when you mneet…

Become pavement artists for the day and create colourful pictures….

Go to a place of worship - whatever works for you in your beliefs. Sit together quietly. Think of what is joyful in your souls.

    Go dancing.

Travel somewhere together - even if just for the day. A day trip to the sea, or a visit to a castle….

Music is brilliant - if you can’t afford a concert, take it in turns to play each other your favourite music. Make a tape of your favourite songs for each other.

Window shopping is cool. Try on outfits you would never usually buy!! Then go home and experiemnt a bit more….

It’s been fun to think of these, hope some of them appeal to you.

I think a picnic would be lovely if you are not far from the beach or bush setting. if it is your first get together.
depends how long you have known this person and how long you have been dating. Cooking a lovely dinner at home and a couple of dvd’s afterwards with a nice wine and chocolates etc.. I dunno really, having a picnic somewhere is what I would like..
